Join us as a Project Engineer and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our esteemed brand.We are more than happy to consider candidates from all over the UK who may be interested in relocating, get in touch to find out more about how we can assist you with this.What does the day to day look like?Working and collaborating on engineering projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and maintenance, to implement process improvements and innovations.Designing, specifying, and sourcing equipment and materials for new and existing processes.Conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.Mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidanceTravel to surrounding distilleries when needed for specific projects.Are you who we’re looking for?Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical, or relevant Engineering discipline. Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a project engineer in a drink’s environment.
