Job Title: Project Coordinator (Engineering)

Our client, a global company that provides product development support services, is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Gloucester. As the bridge between sales, production, customers, and subcontract suppliers, you will play a vital role in assisting customers to achieve their product requirements and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical advice, quotations, capacity, and schedule information to support customers
  • Achieve sales and production targets while ensuring customer goals are met
  • Liaise with customers and decision-makers to win business and build strong relationships
  • Promote additional services to meet customer needs and drive sales
  • Coordinate internal and external visits to group companies and customers

Essential Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and project management experience (5+ years)
  • Proficiency in 3D printing processes, plastics industry knowledge, and CNC machine processes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Effective people management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Other Requirements:

  • Strong team player with good timekeeping and reliability
  • CAD knowledge (Mini Magics, Solidworks, CATIA, Spaceclaim)
  • Solid understanding of 2D engineering drawings
