Position: Project Engineer
Location: Wiltshire (Commutable from Trowbridge, Frome, Bath, Chippenham, Bristol, Swindon, Andover)
Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term
Salary: �60,000 + Benefits
Hours: 37.5 (flexible start times)
Are you a dynamic Project Engineer ready to hit the ground running? We're looking for a hands-on leader to take lead of all projects and drive an exciting expansion project forward in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
*This is a brand-new role to the company with scope to develop as the role progresses. This is a great opportunity for the right engineer to develop and further their career with a globally recognised manufacturer *
What You'll Be Doing:
* Leading and managing key capital projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
* Driving an ongoing expansion project, working closely with cross-functional teams.
* Identifying process improvements and implementing solutions to boost efficiency.
* Managing contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
* Maintaining compliance with health & safety and food industry standards.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Project Engineer in food manufacturing or high risk related industry.
* Strong track record in leading capital projects from concept to completion.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills to guide the projects team.
* Engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree) in a relevant field.
