Job Overview



Our client is looking for an Engineer who has Project Management experience for the role of Project Engineer, helping them deliver a range of bespoke projects within the Oil & Gas market. This is an established UK based client who offer a great working environment alongside interesting project work.





Job Responsibilities




  • Take responsibility for planning, scheduling and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects and work package assigned

  • Undertake project tasks; this may include project co-ordination, engineering deliverables, vendor engagement/meetings, FAT inspections, logistics & travelling and some document control activities

  • Engineering technical drawings (request and review) and creation of specifications and datasheets, as well as report writing

  • Manage the delivery of a work package associated with a large project or lead small to medium projects. Report project financials and project status to the relevant person/department at agreed intervals

  • Attend off-site client meetings, vendor meetings and FAT inspections where required





Skill Required




  • Trained in Engineering Discipline (HND, HNC, Degree etc)

  • Must have a background as an Engineer who has then become Project focused

  • Cradle to Grave / Concept to Inception Project Experience

  • Ideally coming from Manufacturing environment, Heavy Engineering, Oil & Gas, Offshore Wind or Subsea industries





Compensation & Other Benefits




  • Competitive salary determined by experience (�45k to �60k)

  • Hybrid work (3 days core in office, following successful probation to allow you to get up to speed with products and projects)
