They’re seeking a Project Engineering Manager to spearhead technical leadership on projects, driving the development of cutting-edge solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead multi-disciplinary teams to develop cost-effective, safe, and compliant solutions.Outline work packages, design approaches, budgets, and schedules.Create, review, and approve technical documents and engineering calculations.Develop presentation packs for formal development reviews.Generate safety documentation, including hazard logs.Approve technical specifications for sub-contractors.Formulate test schedules and lead testing activities.Manage team performance to meet schedule and budget.Conduct professional development reviews and support engineer development.Skills & ExperienceTechnical Degree/equivalent qualification or experience.Strong understanding of Systems Engineering Life Cycle.Versatile skills applicable across a wide range of projects.Experienced in planning and delivering tasks on schedule and within budget.Demonstrated ability to coach and guide team members for development & delivery.Solid understanding of product safety, standards, and technical risk management.Knowledge of manufacturing techniques, including riveting, bonding, and fabricating.
