Project Lead- Clinical

Job Description A healthcare organisation is seeking a Project Lead to drive the development and delivery of an operational programme ensuring the successful preparation and transfer of services to a newly established hospital within the public sector on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and delivering an effective operational programme for the new hospital

Ensuring workforce preparation and training

Familiarising staff and service users with the new hospital environment

Creating and executing a strategy for equipment procurement and provision

Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures

Providing leadership, engagement, and support to clinical and support services

Facilitating cultural, technological, and organisational change

Collaborating with clinical leads and staff throughout the programme

Job Requirements:
Experience in project management within the public sector

Proficiency in Agile methodologies

Strong leadership and engagement skills

Demonstrated ability to manage operational programmes

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Understanding of the healthcare sector and hospital operations
