The Projects Lead plays a vital role in supporting operations in the delivery of transformation and expansion plans for our Specialist Brook Street Social Care Brand This role is responsible for facilitating and coordinating the implementation of each aspect of the plan, collaborating with operations and all business support functions to ensure successful execution. The Project Lead will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and refine the transformation and expansion plans. Responsible for assisting in creating detailed project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of all deliverables. This role involves coordinating project meetings, identifying risks or issues, and proactively communicating updates to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities•Lead the development and execution of the transformation and expansion plan for our Specialist Social Care Brand•Support the creation of detailed project plans, including milestones, tasks, and timelines, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders•Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring all necessary participants are engaged and aligned•Track project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders. •Act as a liaison between operations, business support functions, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and coordination. •Collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT, marketing, operations, and back-office support, to ensure all deliverables are met. •Collaborate with the operations team to streamline processes and improve efficiency inline with new technology platforms within the expansion plan•Create supporting documentation, including process mapping, to ensure clarity and consistency in recruitment processes. •Collaborate with all stake holders to implement new technology solutions that will support the growth and scalability of Brook Street Social Care •Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new sales models, and operating models to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation•Create and support all review and milestone documentation for the project•Own the internal communication plan Experience/Skills requiredThe ideal candidate for this role should have proven experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in a healthcare or social care setting. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in project management tools and software are essential.
The Project Lead should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and be able to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment. Flexibility and adaptability to changing project requirements are also important. Knowledge of recruitment sector and or social care industry would be advantageous.
