Please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular roleSalary: Circa 72,500 Depending on skills and experienceWhat you’ll be doing: This role will support the Head of PM&C to ensure the appropriate governance of the PM&C functional aspects across the businessThey will provide the lead for LCM application in Maritime Services and ensuring the compliance of the Maritime Services Business and PM community with mandated BAE SYSTEMS PM and LCM requirementsResponsible for Maritime Services Project Management Framework and subsequent improvement and updatesInnovate, develop and share best practice across Maritime Services and BAE Systems through membership of PM Council work streamsYour skills and experiences: In-depth understanding of the application of Lifecycle Management and the Project Management FrameworkComprehensive PM domain and business knowledgeThis role requires an individual who is pro-active, has good analytical skills, good interpersonal skills and operates at all levelsExperience in an engineering field or PM governance function in large organisation Track record in managing process and policies, Developing and enhancing policiesBenefits: You’ll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan. Feeding into the Business Operations Director the new PM function will provide a central hub in support of PM&C People & Capability, Governance, Resource planning and dedicated Project Monitoring & Control lead.Why BAE Systems?
