Project Manager / Account ManagerOur client is a creative content and digital marketing agency based out of the UK that specialises in driving resilient growth for mission-driven brands. They work with B2B, SaaS startups in the Tech space and NFP / Charities, specialising in branding, website builds, and combining brilliant content with multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive results for their clients.With a strong foothold in the US, they are steadily growing their brand in the UK/EU. Due to growth, they are looking for a Project / Account Manager to join their team - where you will be working 20 hours per week, fully remote, with a four-day work week. The hours will scale up as the scope of work requires it to.You will be a skilled Account and Project Manager, who can ensure the projects are delivered smoothly. You will be the right hand to the Head of Ops & Strategy. The client accounts will be your main focus, but you will also get hands on with the general administration of the business. This will be great role for someone who wants to expand their skillset.On a day to day you will be:Project Scoping: Project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for their teamsTimely Execution: Coordinate with technical teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time, within budget and scopeMonitor project progress: Identify potential issues, delays, bottlenecks, budget overrun and/or scope creep. Use tools to monitor technical team project plans and utilisationGeneral Project Administration: Taking project meeting minutes, managing internal and client-facing Slack channelsRisk Management: Identify potential risks and issues in the project and work proactively to mitigate themInternal Comms: Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams, stakeholders, and clientsWell-Run Meetings: Organise and lead project meetings, providing agendas, minutes, and action itemsEnd-to-End Client SuccessFinance - Supporting with the Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable.Budgeting & ForecastingPeople Ops - lead the administration of new hiring processes This role is perfect for you:If your organisational skills are excellent. You can keep track of deadlines, and you can move final deliverable along through numerous stakeholder gatesActive listening and facilitation - you like to get to the core of client goals and make sure that we meet them with every aspect of our workYou love to experiment and iterate on success. You will constantly push the boundaries of ROI for clients and go from good to great on every engagement.You’re great at building relationships with clients and internal teams. If you are looking for a part time role, that can work fully remote, or if you are looking for a London based / hybrid, they have a London team, where you can co-work with them on Monday.
