�35,000 to �40,000 plus package

My client is a well known hoe renovations company that specialise in Windows, Conservatories, Orangeries to name but a few. They are currently expanding and require an Project Manager/ Build Manager to support them in running their projects.

Duties:

• Successfully managing teams of Installers to ensure that projects are�completed on time and within budget.


• Maintain a�good customer relationships�to ensure that customers are happy with work undertaken, both during and after construction.


• Run around 10 projects at one time.

Requirments:

• Stong allround knowledge of the building trade


• Previous experience in a similar role
