Project Manager - Chartered T.Planner (MRTPI) - Highway Infrastructure

Working internal for a County Council, an Authority are seeking a Project Manager to assemble and submit planning applications associated with major, complex highways infrastructure (e.g. link roads, bypasses, relief roads). An understanding of CPOs, DCOs, discharge of conditions as well as Environmental Impact Assessments (Reg 25)�is also crucial.

An Authority wants a consultant to submit planning applications? Yep...

Sitting within their Infrastructure Delivery team, hopefully this paints the context of their internal governance and relationship you'll have with the LPA. You'll also be the sole Town Planner within this Programme - valued >�200m.

It's an initial 6 month contract although there's strong likelihood for this to extend beyond.

The job is remote-first albeit with a priority on achieving deliverables; office/site attendance on a needs-must basis.
