Project Manager - Commercial Office - London to Reading

I am currently in need of x 2 Project Managers to manage commercial office fit out projects & public Sector fit out / refurbishment projects in London & The Thames Valley. The projects range between �250k to �2 million.

The Candidate - must be capable of delivering a project reporting into a Construction Director and must be able to programme, client manage, trade management, site inductions, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site and Q/A etc.

Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified.

My client are looking to pay a competitive basic salary and package are looking to start the suitable candidate ASAP.
