My client, a trusted partner of a leading fire systems group, is expanding their rapidly growing projects team once again. Their dynamic and energetic commercial division is going from strength to strength, and they are now seeking a driven and self-motivated Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience in sprinklers. The Role:
- Oversee multiple high-value projects ranging from £2M to £3M.
- Liaise with site managers across 8-10 commercial sprinkler installation jobs.
- Effectively manage budgets to maximise profit and ensure client satisfaction.
- Organize materials and equipment for installations.
- Conduct thorough site surveys.
- Ensure work complies with BS9251 regulations.
- Prepare and deliver QA documents.
- Monitor project timelines to meet client expectations and targets.
- Attend weekly progress meetings at the head office.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management/supervision within commercial sprinklers.
- In-date CSCS card with relevant qualifications (e.g., RSA certificate).
- Solid understanding of BS9251 regulations.
- A hands-on and self-motivated approach to project management.
- Excellent time and team management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong client communication skills and effective liaison abilities.
- Eagerness to progress within a growing company, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Open and transparent working style, receptive to feedback.
- Basic computer skills.
- A clean driving license is preferred.
- Ability to perform under pressure while delivering top results for clients.
