Project Manager - The Role:
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join the team and lead a �18m steel framed new build warehouse/distribution centre in Bristol. You must have experience in this type of project as Project Manager for a main contractor. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project delivery, reporting straight in to a regional Operations Manager.�
Project Manager - The Person�

• You will have solid experience with either a national or regional main contractor


• Demonstrable experience of delivering a new build warehouse/shed/distribution project


• Experience delivering arge construction projects of at least �12m�


• Proven experience with meeting customer expectations and ability to demonstrate customer centric approach


• Innovative - ability to identify better ways of doing things


• High calibre individual who is committed to quality and programme


• A track record of delivering projects across multi-sectors�


• Commutable to Bristol WITHOUT relocation�
