Project Manager - Construction

Temple Recruitment are currently looking for a�Project Manager�to join our clients offices in�Northampton & Hertford.�

You will be responsible for projects across Northamptonshire, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.�

Commercial main contractor.

Permanent�position.�

Duties will include but will not be limited to�

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Operations Managers and Sub Contractors


• Provide regular updates and reports to Senior Management.


• Meet all legislative and regulatory requirements for development activities to ensure the delivery of high quality, safe, compliant projects for clients

The ideal candidate will have

• Experience working within the Construction industry preferrably�for a commercial contractor.�


• Working knowledge of relevant regulations, legislations and current practice including practical application of Health & Safety legislation


• Be computer literate


• Have the ability to work under pressure


• Have a diploma in Construction Project Management or equivelant


• SMSTS, CSCS, First aid at work essential

Salary�is�negotiable�dependent on candidates experience.�

Own transport is�desirable�due to the nature of the role.�
