A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Project Manager with immediate effect.�

Your new company are an established Main Contractor based in Dorset, who typically deliver projects ranging�in value from �500k�to �25m+.�These projects have been undertaken in many different sectors, including Defence, Public Sector, Education, Health, Leisure, Commercial, Industrial and Residential.

Whilst working in this role, you will head up�the Operational and Delivery elements of the below project:�

• New�Build - 108 Bedroom Premier Inn


• �11 million


• Dartmouth


• Completion August 26�

You will have good Main Contractor experience�and relevant degree level qualifications. Additional multi storey experience such as Hotels, Student Accommodation etc would also be of benefit.�
