St. Modwen Homes are looking to recruit a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a new Housing project in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent.� �
RESPONSIBILITIES:�
Lead Construction of the works in accordance with the designs�
Programming and planning of all works, including site resources such as labour, plant & materials�
Direct management of St. Modwen site team, plus effective management of sub-contractors�
Liaise with wide range of internal & external stakeholders to ensure time, quality & cost of build is managed efficiently�
REQUIREMENTS:�
Demonstrable track record of Project Management within residential house-building�
Ability to lead and work with multi-disciplinary teams�
Excellent technical and practical knowledge, with the ability to resolve important detail�
Knowledge of Engineering would be an advantage�
