We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Project Manager to work for a well-established and leading construction company. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile project, primarily civil engineering, site investigations, and hardscaping works.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Project Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of civil engineering, site investigation, and hardscaping projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within time, cost, and quality constraints.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Client Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and consultants to ensure project objectives are met and client expectations are exceeded.

  • Budget and Cost Control: Prepare detailed project budgets, track expenses, and implement strategies to reduce costs while maintaining project quality.

  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety on-site.

  • Site Investigation Works: Lead and manage site investigations to assess ground conditions, risks, and site suitability for construction projects.

  • Hardscaping Expertise: Oversee the design, installation, and management of hard landscaping elements, ensuring high standards of workmanship and project delivery.



Skills & Experience:




  • Experience: Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within the construction industry, specifically in Civils, Site Investigation Works, and Hardscaping.

  • Qualifications: A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. Project Management qualifications are advantageous.

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of civil engineering, site investigation techniques, and hard landscaping processes.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage large teams, drive results, and resolve challenges efficiently.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering practical solutions in a timely manner.

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with construction management software, scheduling tools, and MS Office Suite.



We are looking for someone who is available to start on the 17th of March. The project is due to run for 28 weeks.
