Project Manager Construction

Project Manager (Construction / Civils / Building Services) required.

We are looking to secure�a Project Manager�to deliver key construction projects on a nuclear defence contractor in Berkshire.

Paying up to �45p/h�based on a 40-hour week, with some flexibility on hours. LTD-OUTSIDE OF IR35 with a 24-month assignment to reflect.

Location: Office based�(RG7).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of project delivery, including coordination, procurement, and resource allocation.


• Maintain site records, progress reports, and documentation for commercial teams.


• Oversee project compliance in health & safety, quality, and security.


• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to foster strong business relationships.


• Monitor construction sites to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements:

Essential:

• 5+ years.


• CSCS (White/Black), SMSTS, NVQ 6, First Aid.


• Strong MS Office skills and NEC contract experience.


• Full UK driving licence.


• DV security clearance eligibility. (UK Resident and a British Passport)

Desirable:

• Experience on AWE projects and�NEC4 training highly desirable.�
