Project Manager, Business Change Consultant


Are you ready to make a meaningful change in the non-profit sector? We're looking for a passionate and skilled Business Change Consultant and help transform organisations through strategic technology and change management.

About the Role: As a Business Change Consultant, you will work closely with non-profit organisations to guide them through key system changes and long-term strategic transformations. This role is a unique blend of strategic thinking, project management, stakeholder engagement, and organisational improvement, offering a chance to make a tangible difference.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct strategic assessments of organisational needs to recommend effective systems and processes.

  • Plan, oversee, and deliver projects on time and within budget while ensuring successful outcomes.

  • Manage and support teams through change, fostering adaptability and seamless transitions to new systems.

  • Build strong, cooperative relationships with stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged throughout.

  • Deliver practical solutions through business process reviews, requirements gathering, and developing compelling business cases.

Who We're Looking For: The ideal candidate should bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in project management or business analysis (experience in both is highly desirable).

  • Proficiency in using modern project management tools and handling multiple projects of varying scales.

  • A proven ability to deliver complex systems implementations (e.g., CRM, CMS, Finance systems).

  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and organisational change management.

  • A commitment to providing high-quality work with strong attention to detail.

  • Certification or familiarity with Prince 2 or similar methodologies is an advantage.

Experience in the non-profit sector is preferred but not essential.
