Project Manager - Data - Lloyd's / London Market Insurance - Contract - Outside IR35 - Hybrid/London

Project Manager is required for a growing insurance business from the Lloyd's of London Market.

The role will be joining their Data and Analytics team and helping with ongoing data/data governance/master data management related work across various parts of the business and effectively managing internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

We are looking for a Project Manager with extensive data experience and previously worked with underwriting and actuarial teams. Excellent knowledge/experience in London Market Specialty Insurance is essential for the project.

This is an Outside IR35 contract, with a day rate of £600 - £700, for an initial 6 months and 3 days working from the office in London.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for strategy, performance and successful delivery of the project
• Manages the interface with the client's project organisation to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of a project in line with the commercial, contractual and financial requirements of the contract
• Manage the creation and monitoring of project schedules, financial tracking, risks and issues plus associated project documentation and support
• Establishing and leading effective project governance and communication protocols
• Provide expert guidance and direction by leading, managing, and controlling assigned technical personnel including Project Teams

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as Project Manager delivering Data/Data & Analytics related projects/programmes within the Lloyd's / London Market
• Experienced in project delivery methodologies including Waterfall, Agile and hybrid approaches
• Evidence of managing cross-functional project teams formed of internal employees, consultants and third-party vendor resources including off-shore
• Understanding of agile workflow tools such as Azure DevOps and JIRA
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders from all levels of the business
