We are currently recruiting a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Fit Out Project Manager to join a dynamic business in Leeds. The company are an interior fit out contractor who operate in the commercial sector. Projects can vary in value from �100k to �1.5 million and include small interior fit outs to new build extensions.
We are looking for a Project Manager with experience of running interior fit out projects of various sizes. You must have excellent organisational and communication skills, be able to manage a varied workload and work well in a fast paced and reactive environment.� This is a key position in the business and requires an organised and proactive approach.�You will need to work unsupervised and be�effective in managing�your own�time and workloads.�Travel and�flexibility will�be required as projects can be nationwide.
You will oversee the planning, co-ordination and control of all projects assigned to you from inception to the completion of all snagging and will control project timescales, costs and progress and keep the Senior Management Team informed of these.
