Project Manager - High-End Retail - Super Prime Residential�

Are you a project manager, based near London and have experience in the high-end fit out space?�

We are recruiting for the role of project manager on behalf of a high-end fit-out/refurbishment��contractor, �who can count some of the most prestigious retail and hospitality brands as their clients, along with high net-worth clients.�

The contractor has been established for over 30 years, has a strong repeat client base and is financially secure, with a turnover in excess of �35mn. Furthermore, the contractor has its own joinery manufacturing base and can boast of having one of the best joinery catalogues in London.In addition, the contractor has its own drawing office, in-house trades, buying and commercial teams.�

The contractor's projects , valued from �2m - �25mn,��are all based within London and are in locations such as Knightsbridge, Mayfair and St John's Wood.�

Duties & Responsibilities:�

• Lead and manage high-end retail and prime residential projects from inception to completion.


• Act as the main contractor, coordinating with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery.


• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.


• Oversee procurement, manufacturing, and installation processes to ensure quality and timely delivery.


• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.


• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to provide project updates and ensure client satisfaction.


• Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance requirements.

Requirements:�

• 5- 10+ years of experience as project manager�


• Experience in managing prime residential, luxury retail, hotel, and commercial projects.


• Strong leadership and project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery in the high-end space


• In-depth knowledge of contract administration, procurement, and financial management.


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.


• Proficiency in programming and relevant project management and construction software


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.


• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to complex project challenges.


• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).


• SMSTS, CSCS, and relevant health and safety qualifications.

The contractor is looking for someone to start as soon as possible and is interviewing over teams and if all goes well they will hold a further site based interview.�
