Salary: £50,000 to £70,000 (Dependent on Experiences

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all contractual aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Prepare and review contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions to mitigate risks and secure favourable outcomes.
Monitor project progress and address any issues or changes in scope promptly.
Lead project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry, with a specific focus on flat roofing.
Strong knowledge of contract law and construction management principles.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are desirable.
