Remuneration: £40,000 - £50,000 + discretionary bonus

The role of the Project Manager HVAC Systems will involve:
Project Manager role dealing with the design, installation, commissioning and servicing of air conditioning systems
Managing the project from start to finish ensuring that deadlines and budgets are adhered to
Overseeing all aspects of design, procurement and programming
Attend site and office meetings and report back on project status
Identify and keep on top of any risks, ensuring these are documented
Dealing with reactive enquiries for projects
Managing projects ranging in value from £1,000 - £1,000,000
The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager HVAC Systems with:
Must have Project Management / Project Engineer experience within HVAC market sector
Must possess a sound technical understanding of air conditioning systems
Understandingof technical drawings
IT literate (Microsoft Office)
Ideally holding CSCS card and SMSTS
Full UK driving license
Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
Strong organisation and time management skills
