Project Manager - M&E

The Company

Our client is one of the UK's leading contractors in the renewable energy sector. With a multi million pound turnover and a growth rate of 20% each year, they have an incredibly busy portfolio with multiple blue chip clients and projects pending.

The Role

They are looking for a project manager, who is ideally experienced in both M&E systems in energy centres - any construction knowledge and experience is a bonus - to work on a major new build manufacturing facility in the Swansea area.

There is a construction manager on site to manage the build, so this role for the new PM would be more M&E and client facing, plus looking after design management and overall programme and progress.

The successful candidate would also be the direct liaise with the project QS and be more than capable and used to writing detailed monthly client progress reports.

Following on from this project you would need to be able to travel in the North West, Midlands or even London regions.

If working away, lodge and travel will be paid for.
