Project Manager - Nuclear

Astute's Nuclear team is partnering with a leading multidisciplinary contractor that delivers innovative engineering solutions across civil engineering and construction sectors to recruit a Project Manager for its Sizewell C site.

The Project Manager role is vital for the successful delivery of key projects at Sizewell C. It comes with a salary up to �75,000, car allowance, bonus, and the opportunity to be part of a business contributing to critical infrastructure projects across the UK.

Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the Project Director you will:

• Deliver projects successfully, ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Oversee programme and budget requirements to meet project objectives.
• Develop and implement Work Package Plans, Task Briefing Sheets, and safe systems of work.
• Ensure adherence to CDM regulations and manage related requirements.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental issues relevant to the project environment.
• Any other duties as required.

Professional qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following:

• Proven technical and project management abilities in the built environment.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience at Project Manager level, ideally within civil engineering.
• Strong organisational and management skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of CDM regulations.
