A leading construction contractor is seeking an experienced Onsite Project Manager to join their Commercial Fit-Out division, specializing in CAT A & CAT B fit-out projects across the South East of England. About the role:

The Project Manager will supervise and oversee project delivery to ensure client specifications are met, regularly reviewing progress and coordinating with the Pre-Contracts and Project Finance teams. Key responsibilities include managing subcontractors, construction workers, and site safety, as well as conducting site checks and ensuring cleanliness. The role also involves managing health and safety documentation, reviewing RAMS and COSHH assessments, updating project plans, and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. The Project Manager will lead meetings, manage site inductions, and maintain communication with stakeholders while ensuring high-quality project completion.

Requirements:



The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of on-site experience with a strong background in construction, property, or building. They should be proficient in Microsoft Office, capable of managing programmes of work, and familiar with CDM 2015 regulations. Expertise in reading construction drawings, managing M&E systems, and overseeing office relocations, refurbishments, and IT infrastructure is essential. Strong communication skills, experience with contracts and tendering, and a client-focused approach are crucial. SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, Fire Warden, and NEBOSH certifications are required. Candidates must be flexible with travel and site duties, possess a clean driving licence, and have experience with Procore or similar software.
