Meraki Talent’s client is on the lookout for a Project Manager to join their team. They are a niche software house who are continuously growing across the finance sector, investing heavily in modern technology – They offer a hybrid work model with offices in both Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Working alongside the operational team and reporting directly into the CEO, you will be responsible for projects, managing scopes, and ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget, liaising with stakeholders along the way. This is a brand-new team within the company, so they need someone to bring their expertise from working within a SaaS environment, to measure the project performance using appropriate methodologies and tools.
Responsibilities of the Project Manager –
Build and manage strong customer and stakeholder relationships
Use project and change management practices to manage project schedules and budgets
Use your knowledge and expertise to identify project risks and other project issues
Manage the project plans and allocate resources
Background of the Project Manager –
Experience within a similar role/in a SaaS environment
Experience working within an Agile and Waterfall environment
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
(Experience within Financial Services would be a bonus!)
