The ideal candidate will have Project Management experience and familiarity with commercial construction projects and be based in the South Wales to Midlands patch.

THE ROLE:

\n

\n
• Visit prospect and newly acquired sites to plan the new storage facility builds
\n
• Plan the project delivery road map with time frames and budget and manpower needed to deliver
\n
• Communicate with the MD and senior leaders to give regular updates
\n
• Visit previous builds to plan large refurbishments or extension builds
\n

THE PERSON:

• Project Management experience
\n
• Commercial Construction experience
\n
• Based in the patch of South Wales - Midlands
\n
