FT Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client who�are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team.
Job Description:
- Reporting to Operations Director/Senior Project Manager
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to carry through projects.
- Coordinate/delivery toolbox talks.
- Undertake site safety assessments.
- Set targets and delegate work to colleagues and subcontractors on site.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Own the project P&L.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project HSEQ documentation.Ensure viability of suppliers/subbies (quality/capability/cost/programme)
- Demonstrate savings against project budget.
- Report fortnightly project ops, commercial & financial performance in ops meeting.
- Zero defect handover to Aftercare.
- Zero snag thus minimising delay on final account.
- Support in dispute resolution.
- Mentoring & developing team.
- Ensure all project paperwork up to date and of a high standard, including external (RAMS etc) .
Experience in management within the construction and engineering sector is essential.
