The Role:
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to work within our expanding Major Projects Portfolio. The successful candidate will join our North East based Project Management team and provide leadership for all construction phase activities, planning, managing, and evaluating projects throughout their life cycle.
Initially the successful candidate will be working on two major projects including a 33kv re-route in Hawthorn Pit, and a 66kv New Lay Hebburn.
On completion of the above projects, you will be allocated to new projects within the North East area but we will require some flexibility to work across other sites nationally when required.

The Person:
We are looking for an individual who can manage projects from conception through to completion who ideally has previous experience delivering similar Major Construction Infrastructure Projects. We need someone who can lead and manage major projects, ensuring they are fully resourced and delivered safely, on time and within budget to high quality client specifications. You will be a proactive, creative, and logical individual with a solution focused outlook. You must be competent working in a busy, pressured environment and be able to meet tight deadlines.

You will also require a full UK driving licence.
Hours of Work
You will be working 42.5 hours per week within the operational hours of 7am to 5.30pm with some flexibility required to meet the needs of the business.
