Tired of being on the road as a Project Manager?
This is a very rare chance for a Project Manager seeking a role which will keep them closer to home and local. The role will involve all forms of projects, from minor to major works along with M&E/Fabric fit outs, working closely with the Operations Manager on site, client facing/liaising, full project deliveries, contractors. You will have full support of a team behind you and a chance to expand on your management with overseeing a projects team.
Our client are a mammoth in the facilities management sector, specifically in the south west region. They cover a range of contracts from council buildings, Weatherspoon's, ambulance services and more!�

They deliver a range of services including facilities management, projects and installations across all disciplines including electrical, mechanical, gas and fabric works.
The basic salary of this role is �55,000.�Also the successful candidate will also have optional�overtime opportunities.
