Project Manager - Liberty IndustrialLocation: Inverness, Scotland, United Kingdom (On-site)Salary: £110,000/yr base salary + £20,000/yr project allowance for remote site workWork Schedule: 2-week roster; 10 days on and 4 days off, 10-hour days (Tuesday to Thursday)Package: Inclusive of all travel, accommodation, meals, annual company bonus, fully maintained company vehicle with fuel card, and more.Are you an outstanding Project Manager with extensive experience in decommissioning and demolition? Join Liberty Industrial, an established, award-winning global company renowned for innovative solutions and commitment to a sustainable future.Role Responsibilities:Project Delivery: Safely, timely, and cost-effectively deliver project outcomes.Leadership: Direct and coordinate project activities, overseeing Project Engineers, HSEQ Manager, and Site Manager.Compliance: Ensure high-standard completion of project documentation and adherence to safety and environmental regulations.Engagement: Professionally interact with clients, employees, and subcontractors, fostering quality relationships to optimize new business opportunities.What We're Looking For:Minimum 5 years of project management experience in heavy industrial decommissioning, demolition, and dismantling, including NEC Projects. Preference for experience in refineries, power stations, heavy industry, and offshore decommissioning.Tertiary qualifications preferred, alongside relevant industry certifications (e.g., CSCS-CCDO, NVQ 6+), and proven experience with budgeting and contract management.Strong commercial background, familiarity with CDM 2015 regulations, IOSH/NEBOSH certification, proficiency in MSt Project, and excellent IT, communication, and organizational skills.Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom is required.Our Culture: At Liberty Industrial, we pride ourselves on our diverse, dynamic, and innovative team.
