Trevett Services are working with a leading�National Building Services and FM Organisation�who are looking to bring on an�Project Manager�to work in of�Ipswitch.

This is a�full time, permanent role�in addition to a�car allowance�and a 10% bonus scheme.

Key responsibilities of the Project Manager

• Project manage M&E refurbishments�


• Plan and program work packages efficiently.


• Provide financial reporting for project mobilisation activities.


• Assist in the preparation of quotations for projects.


• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring successful
  
  completion within scope, time and budget.


• Attend project meetings to discuss overarching project strategies and
  
  progress.

Experience required:

• Ideally would come from a�Facilities Management�background�


• Managed M&E packages


• Stakeholder management�


• Worked on refurbishment projects
