Project Manager Proactive Donations Remote 12 months FTC Our client is a family-owned company whose distinctly independent structure means that they are not constrained by the short-term needs of individual shareholders and can focus on the future within long-term strategies of vision and leadership. They have a reputation for providing effective products for the treatment of diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease COPD, HIV AIDS, Parkinson s disease, Arthritis, and pain relief in Cancer. The purpose of the job is to lead on the project management of a proactive donations Quality Improvement programme in CRM-CKD (cardiorenal metabolic-chronic kidney disease). The Project Manager will collaborate with internal colleagues/teams and external service providers to manage the delivery of project milestones agreed upon by all stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Interacting with internal and external teams to ensure successful programme delivery Effective project management to ensure the objectives of the project are Achievement of project milestones as dictated by project plan within timeline and financial envelope Sets high standards and expectations of all stakeholders in commitment to and delivery of project Understand the industry (and ABPI) position on Therapy Review Services, the impact they can have across the NHS and knowledge of similar existing/completed at competitor companies Link regularly with relevant teams to communicate project progress and insights for future programmes Contributes to cross functional and departmental meetings providing updates and insights Customer engagement to discuss the service where required Expertise/Required skills and Capabilities Project and programme management (experience in previous Proactive Donations programmes desirable) Stakeholder engagement Customer & Provider leadership Understanding the NHS environment Presentation skills Collaborative Proven ability to innovate and take ideas to implementation Project management qualification/accreditation is desirable ABPI qualified An industry leading remuneration package will be on offer for the successful candidate.
