Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of site staff and resolving site issues
  • Development and implementation of Safety documentation including Health and Safety Plans, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments
  • Monitoring the performance of site staff with respect to Health and Safety, Quality, and Environment
  • Ensuring full compliance with all procedures and current industry legislation, guidance, and best practices
  • Client liaison including organising progress meetings, pre-start meetings, and client audits
  • Implementation of appropriate contractual change control, ensuring cost value reconciliation, program, and quality impacts are captured
  • Planning and programming of current and future works
  • Subcontractor procurement and monitoring
Job Requirements:
  • Experience in project management within the utilities sector
  • CSCS Card or equivalent
  • Ability to manage multiple disciplines, work streams, and sites
  • Capability to develop and work within collaborative client relationships
  • Knowledge of budgeting, estimating, and cost value reconciliation
  • IT literacy, specifically in a Windows-based operating environment
  • Familiarity with contract documents and specifications
  • Understanding of current legislation relating to Health, Safety, and Environment
  • Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or an Electrical discipline
  • Full Driving Licence
