Location: Warrington based with�travel required to client and partner offices across the UK.
Project Scope
- Project sizes: �250K to �15m.
- Annual volume: �1.5m to �5m, managing up to 15 projects.
- Projects include off-site build and installation of LV assemblies, multi-year migration, and electrical installations.
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Detailed planning, early warnings, variations, forecasting, and maintaining cost-to-complete forecasts.
- Commercial Performance: Monitor and evaluate project changes, communicate risks, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Client Liaison: Main point of contact for assigned projects, managing significant issues and escalating as needed.
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with CDM Principal Contractor and Designer requirements, prepare H&S documentation, and perform site safety inspections.
Skills & Qualifications
- Essential: Excellent planning, organisational, and IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Project), strong interpersonal skills, commercial awareness, and a team player attitude.
- Preferred: Knowledge of electrical installations, control systems, and relevant project management qualifications (APM or Prince 2).
Experience
Minimum 2 years as a Project Manager in a medium/large organisation or 4 years as an Assistant Project Manager.
