Project Manager

We're seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee medium to large-scale media projects globally for a software product manufacturer who work with major broadcasters and media entertainment companies. You'll be the driving force in project management and continuous process improvement within their Customer Success team.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary contact for medium to large projectsLead teams of engineers and produce detailed project plans and system specificationsParticipate in pre-sales activities and attend customer meetingsManage project milestones, change control, and progress reportingConduct technical configuration, UAT, training, and problem-solvingEnsure successful project handovers and manage project-related defectsRequirements:Strong technical project management skills with a proven background in delivering large-scale projectsExperience with playout, multiviewer, or media systemsKnowledge of compressed and uncompressed IP Video streaming formatExcellent communication and negotiation skillsHigh commercial awareness and effective time managementDesirable:Project management qualificationsKnowledge of cloud technologies, MAM, graphics, subtitling, XSLT, BXF, XMLFamiliarity with Microsoft and Linux OS, and network-based systemsSecond language is a plusWorking arrangements:2/3 days per week in East Anglia based office Up to 40% travel globally
