Project Manager – EMEAExcellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to work on projects with a leading global video and collaboration services provider. In this role you will manage a variety of key projects meeting quality, process, timeliness, profitable revenue, and customer satisfaction goals.Travel within EMEAKey responsibilities will include:Project manage Professional Services, Managed Collaboration Services, and custom end user projects and opportunities that contain a project management component.Employ applicable project management methodologies and techniques in line with policies and procedures.Work with the Product Sales and Services teams to ensure projects are managed within the commercial and margin goals required of Managed Services.Liaise with the wider sales teams (both product and service) on potential strategic opportunities in the region.Make sure that technical solutions are designed and specified in line with product specifications, available resources and that projects are initiated with clear ownership and within quality and margin goalsKeep EMEA Service Delivery and regional organizations fully up to date on the status of current deliverables and actionsEscalate key Customer issues in order to maintain high customer satisfaction.Undertake project or other work as directed by Service Delivery Management from time to time.Key skills and experience required:Educated to degree level in a relevant subjectSolid experience in project management within the IT/ telecoms/ networking industry.Hold a recognized project management certification (PMP preferred).Strong IT user, with experience of MS Office/Outlook/Excel/Word etc.Strong Technical Background: IP Networks (Firewall & QoS), Audio Visual.Commercial awareness, with specific experience of reviewing contract conditions relating to professional services engagements.Must have proven customer management skills and proven troubleshooting process experience/knowledge.Highly self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, with strong time management, project and decision making skills, and able to demonstrate a structured approach to managing projects.Excellent oral and written communication skills including ability to coach and train others.Demonstrated ability to work well with partners, end-user customers as well as escalations and engineering teams.Ability to work successfully with all levels of customer or partner IT staff and management.Quick learner, keeping up-to-date with product and technology developments.Used to working under own initiative and with limited supervision, working well under pressure.DesirablePMP Certification, ITIL certification, PRINCE2 certification.Experience in telecoms project management and/or video conferencing technical experience.Ability to interpret architectural drawings.Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills working at “C” level.Project Manager: Audio Visual, video conferencing solutions, IP networks, enterprise, corporate
