Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager? Do you have strong knowledge of resource management? Have you worked in a manufacturing environment? If so, our client, an aerospace manufacturer, is recruiting for a Project Manager for their site in Alcester. The role will involve day to day management of a team of 8 and being responsible for overseeing the on-time delivery of customer NPDI projects.

Job Description
Overseeing NPDI project management, focusing on recovery and delivering customer orders within budget and specifications.
Managing and prioritizing internal resources, ensuring quality-focused, right-first-time outcomes and effective lesson sharing.
Leading a team of 8, including 3 project leads, to achieve 100% on-time delivery and strong NPDI project execution.
Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers, managing resources and ensuring raw material availability.
Joining customer calls and manage internal stakeholders to meet committed timescales, emphasizing right-first-time outcomes.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Strong resource management experience.
Good knowledge of manufacturing techniques and materials including pressing, 5 axis laser welding, and sheet metal.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
