Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the studio, looking after clients and the logistics of exciting projects from initial briefing through installation. You will work closely with the Projects Team, New Business Team, Creative Director, and Managing Director. We are seeking a confident self-starter who is eager to manage projects with a team of Artists and on site with clients and suppliers.Main ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for clients from conception through after-sales careDeliver projects within agreed budget and deadlinesWrite SOWs and Change OrdersPlay a supporting role to Senior Project Managers on larger projectsCreate costing documents for clients including estimates, quotes, and fee agreementsManage time spent on projects and avoid overburnManage multiple projects with a range of budgetsWork closely with suppliers to negotiate and agree on pricesUpdate the Head of Projects on all budget-related issuesKeep the Project Management Team informed on key deliverables and progressResource projects and update as projects progressRaise POs for suppliers and ensure production margins are metWork closely with Creatives to advise on project executionSource materials, products, and props for projectsCoordinate site visits and communicate information to the teamOversee installations on siteAct as the main point of communication for clients, suppliers, and collaboratorsQualification Required SkillsProven experience delivering projects in the design industryConfident in handling accounts and dealing directly with clients and suppliersPrior project management experienceExperience in site management and measuring upExperience working with large production budgetsExcellent organisational skillsFantastic written and verbal communication skillsA passion for quality and improvementGood knowledge of InDesign and CAD softwareWhat We Offer25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays1 additional holiday day per year of service up to 30 days4% matching contributory pension schemePrivate Medical Insurance after 6 months2 paid personal days per year6 days per year of Time & Space for personal developmentCycle to work schemeEnhanced Maternity and Paternity LeaveRegular team lunches and social activitiesAbout UsOur client is a multidisciplinary studio creating bespoke artworks, installations, and schemes for leading developers, brands, architects, and designers.
