Project Manager

Kured are seeking a Project Manager to work on Healthcare Projects for an established business in the healthcare construction sector.Role responsibilities:Direct all aspects of construction projects from inception through to delivery.Establish and oversee timelines, budgets, and progress updates for various projects in the healthcare industry.Ensure construction work meets required standards and regulations through ongoing monitoring.Identify and resolve any potential issues or obstacles during the construction phase.Coordinate with technical teams to achieve project targets.Keep all involved parties informed and aligned by maintaining clear and consistent communication throughout the project.Able to attend site visits, to track project progress.Experience:Healthcare sector Project Management experience desirable within construction.Able to effectively work to deadlines, communicate with internal teams and track progress of projects in a timely manner.Able to form strong relationships with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally to the business.Understanding of regulations within construction linked to healthcare and/or public sector.
