Role: Project Manager – Interim - Railway Vehicles, Products & Services Based: UK wide coverageSalary: Salaried or Day Rate – To Be DiscussedROLE – Project Manager – Railway Products & Services:My client is a world leader in the Railway industry.A requirement has been made to recruit a first-class Project Manager to handle and lead projects from design stage to completion.The role reports directly into a Managing Director. The position is integral to the business in making sure projects are delivered on time on quality and on budget. The role will be involved with providing technical support, Manage Project Delivery including Factory witness tests and lead the relationship with the customer. You will work directly with the end customer and internally with the factory. Candidate – Project Manager – Railway Products & Services:You will need at least 5 years’ relevant Project Management experience in industry. It would be preferable if the successful candidate has Rail knowledge and experience. It is of high importance that you are technically strong, ideally with an academic qualification such as a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering to back this up. Experience working with VAB in UK to meet UK railway standards.You will need to be articulate and be able to communicate well both internally and with customers and have a large amount of commercial acumen.Location is flexible in the UK, but travel will be part of the role, to customer sites and a European factory.English & French language skills would be an advantage, but not essential.If you would like to be considered for this position, please forward your current resume with a covering letter to #####
