Project Manager Job Type: Full-time/ permanent Salary: £40,000-£60,000 Super opportunity to join this remote first award winning digital agency, who specialise in digital design for website and applications. After winning some 3/4 year long projects, due to kick off later this year - its time to grow the project manager team with this new opening. Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated individual who is commercially savvy, a quick learner and an expert planner. You’ll be interested in how tech is changing the world around us and relish being a digital project manager. You care about the details, and can be relied on to bring order and resolution to any situation.Essential Criteria:Minimum 2 years experience in Project ManagementEducated to degree levelSuccessfully delivered software development projectsDemonstrable knowledge of project management techniquesExperience of stakeholder management and managing on-going customer communicationConfident in managing projects with multi-disciplinary resources such as UX/Design, development, QA Testing and ResearchCommercially aware with a proven track record of managing project budgets and profitabilitySkilled in managing external resources e.g freelance UI DesignerExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBPSS clearance, or willingness to obtainSecurity Clearance, or willingness to obtainDesirable:Experience of delivering Agile software projectsProject Management qualification e.g AGILE PM, Scrum Master, APM or similarAwareness of a variety of project management methodologies such as waterfall and Prince2A basic understanding of cloud hosting services e.g Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web ServicesFamiliarity working with mobile or web applicationsQA testing skillsProfessional knowledge of the Aerospace, Heritage & Arts or Travel industriesKnowledge of digital marketing including SEO, web analytics, contentProject Duties and TasksGeneral Project Management of multiple software projectsTime and resource management - we use Clockify for scheduling and gantt pro for project plansProject requirements refinementTask management and prioritisationChange request managementBudget managementPrimary customer contactExtension of the Sales team - proposals, meetings, schedulingSoftware training sessions - documentation creation and training deliveryBenefitsHolidays: 25 days + bank holidays each yearWork from home - fully remote, with occasional travel on some projectsSocial events held in Bristol twice per yearSecure bicycle storageCore office hours 10am-4pm (build rest of contracted hours outside of this)MacBook laptopPlease apply today and I'll be in contact with suitable applications to discuss next steps of the process!
