This is a remote, initial 6-month FTC (with possible extension of 6 months) with a yearly salary of £55,000A leading UK-based Property Management company is looking for a Project Manager to join their IT programme team as they go through an exciting period of acquisition and growth. The ideal candidate will contribute to their vision to be the leader of residential real estate services in the UK and Ireland. As part of a 6-month fixed term contract, this Project Manager will be responsible for working across all parts of the business, coordinating and planning system integration work with the IT programme team. They will also be an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement
ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Executive sponsors and key stakeholdersAssume responsibility for multiple work streamsMonitor progress and delivery regular reports to the Senior Project ManagersProject budget management and tracking Qualifications3 years of experience in Project ManagementExperience in managing broad scale projects across various disciplinesStrong verbal, written, and organisational skillsExperience in agile project management methodologies
