The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget, while ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance. /p p br /p p strong Key Responsibilities: /strong /p ul li Lead and manage technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. /li li Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts, to define project requirements and deliverables. /li li Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. /li li Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. /li li Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly in the payments sector. /li li Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management. /li li Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. /li /ul p br /p p strong Qualifications: /strong /p ul li Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. /li li Proven experience as a Project Manager in the technology sector, with a focus on payments (2+ years experience in payments). /li li Strong understanding of payment processing systems, gateways, and related technologies. /li li Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. /li li Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). /li li Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. /li li PMP or similar project management certification (e.g. Prince2) /li /ul
