Project Manager

My client is a thriving company looking for a dynamic Commercial Project Manager to join their team. We want to hear from you if you are passionate about managing project processes to ensure outstanding completion.

As a Commercial Project Manager, you will lead project teams to deliver exceptional results. Your responsibilities will include managing teams of Installers and other resources, ensuring efficient department operations, and enforcing and monitoring KPIs.

You will also oversee self-employed contractual obligations and provide regular management information on customer records, completed installations, and customer debtors.

You will manage and arrange all relevant paperwork for each job, including Works Programmes, Installation RAMS, and Installers' wages. Setting and communicating targets with Installers and other Commercial department members is crucial to ensure smooth project operations. Excellent customer service is key, as you will communicate and update all customers throughout the project, particularly during installation and until completion.

The ideal candidate will be a CSCS card holder and SMSTS Qualified. Strong organisational and planning skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

Excellent communication and influencing skills, a strong customer focus for both internal and external clients, and a positive, can-do attitude are crucial. Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office and knowledge of contractual obligations and Health and Safety regulations are required.

Additional Information:

The role requires occasional overnight stays, primarily in Brigg (1 or 2 nights). The projects are located in Scawby, Brigg, and Ilford.

Location: Scawby, Brigg, and Ilford (occasional overnight stays required)

Salary: �40,000 - �45,000 per annum
