Our client, a leading national engineering contractor, is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their team and oversee projects within the Thames Water framework. This role is pivotal in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.Key Responsibilities:Leading project teams to deliver water infrastructure projects within the Thames Water region.Managing the full project lifecycle, from planning and initiation through to execution and completion.Developing and managing delivery cost forecasts, ensuring projects stay within budget constraints.Overseeing NEC contract delivery, ensuring compliance with all contractual requirements and industry standards.Collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and clients to ensure project goals are met.Monitoring project progress, addressing any issues that arise, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.Providing clear and effective communication to all stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives and timelines.Requirements:Proven experience as a Project Manager within the water or construction industry, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.Expertise in NEC contract management and a thorough understanding of NEC frameworks.Demonstrated ability to develop and manage delivery cost forecasts.Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage multidisciplinary teams.Strong commercial acumen, with a focus on achieving project objectives while maintaining financial control.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.Relevant qualifications in project management, engineering, or a related field.Please apply below and a consultant will reach out for a confidential discussion where they can share more information.
