Client: Construction - Tier 1 Main Contractor
Project: New build School / Education project
Location: Projects in Essex & Suffolk
Circa £75k - £85k DOE NEG + package
Permanent (Client preference) / Temp to Perm / Long Term Freelance considered
* Our client is a well respected Tier 1 Main Contractor looking to recruit a Project Manager to head up one of a series of new build schools projects (located in both Suffolk & in Essex) Values £50m +.
* Our client is looking for a Project Manager with relevant project prior experience - i.e. working as a project lead on new build, schools / education projects is essential (even if of smaller values).
* Our client is happy to consider Project Manager’s on a permanent / temp to perm basis ideally.
* Project Managers should ideally hold: CSCS Black or white card / SMSTS / First Aid as a minimum
* This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Tier 1. The chosen Project Manager will receive a competitive day rate / salary + package in line with the market, circa £75k - £85k + package. DOE NEG.
* The chosen person will ideally be located in daily commute of the projects (either Suffolk or Essex).
* The projects start on site in the new year but to allow for the interview process & notice periods interested applicants are encouraged to apply ASAP.
